After working for 20 years in leadership roles for major corporations, Marcine founded the company PONTE COACHING to focus on what brings her the most gratification: leader and executive development and career progression. She helps leaders and top talent enhance leadership capabilities through building emotional intelligence, self-awareness, executive presence, resilient teams, and managing overwhelm and priorities to avoid burnout and promote a healthy, balanced work lifestyle.

Marcine builds trusting relationships based on mutual respect, authenticity, transparency and her genuine empathic nature. She partners with clients to set and achieve goals that result in increased performance, as well as professional and personal satisfaction.

As a coach, she listens intently without bias, and asks powerful questions that encourage clients to reflect upon their environment, situation, and behaviors, and think creatively to discover solutions they can implement to move them forward and grow their business.

Balance

This is one of the hardest things to do as a servant leader. It is vital that we learn and practice balance in our professional and personal lives. Knowing how to maintain balance avoids overwhelm, burnout, frustration, and disappointment. We value finding ways to decompress and taking time out for reflection.
